1. Service Scope
WedBay provides services for weddings, funerals, christenings, and vow renewals, specifically for religious ceremonies.
2. Travel Charges
Travel costs are calculated per kilometer to and from the venue. The first 20 kilometers of travel are complimentary. Beyond this distance, charges will apply.
3. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Until payment is completed, the booking remains tentative and may be subject to change.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards and EFTs through the PayFast payment gateway.
5. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to move a booking, a service charge of R250.00 will apply. This fee is non-refundable. The balance must be paid within 3 working days to secure the new booking.
6. Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, a service charge of R600.00 will be incurred. The balance will be refunded within 3 working days. This cancellation fee is non-refundable.
7. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate. It is essential to confirm that the booking has been made and secured. Clients must also provide all necessary materials, such as multimedia slides and music, as required.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
WedBay is not affiliated with any partners listed on our site. We do not assume any liability for agreements or arrangements made between clients and these partners. Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence when engaging with any third-party services.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided should an alternative arrangement not be made.

11. Amendments to Terms
WedBay reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the courts of South Africa.
